DACH METAL Industries is sheet metal stamping, tube bending, robot welding, powder coating products factory, start from 1980s , with30 years history.

Now we are ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificated factory, integrate product development, engineering, manufacturing  together in our own plant, located in Hangzhou city, China.  From the business start, we manufacture carbon steel,  aluminum, stainless steel products in our own factory till now, the main process include sheet metal stamping tube  bending, robot welding, and we also finish tooling, hydraulic forming,    CNC bending, cutting, sand blasting, powder coating surface treatment in house.

With 30 years development, now our products cover furniture, vehicle, equipment, and circular business industry. We have deeply work together with our customer and sell products to United states, Europe, Canada, Australia, South America, Middle east , Africa, and also send to customer company and project in China.

Taking the idea of striving for excellence, adhere to the people-oriented, we take important of engineering team building, our engineer team can design the products as per customer requirement, 2D & 3D engineering drafting, tooling, fixture & gauge, prepare and use APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA documentation, make tension test, salt spray test, cross-cut test, metallographic analysis, chromatic aberration, coating thickness examination in our lab.
